At KOK, each product is made to order to ensure the highest quality. We partner with trusted print-on-demand providers to produce and deliver your items with care.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

• Ireland & EU: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

• UK: 7–12 business days

• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Please note: these are estimated times and may vary slightly due to customs or courier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently offer standard flat-rate shipping based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If you provide an incorrect address or fail to claim your delivery, the order may be returned to the sender. We can resend your package once a new shipping fee is paid.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at kingofkings011201@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
